General Information
Minimum Night Stay (weekends only) Two nights in May, June, September, and October. Three nights July and August and during Labor Day and Columbus Day Weekends. There may be additional individual dates with minimum night requirements.
Check-in Check-in is after 3:30pm. Check-out is by 11:00am
Additional Rate Information At the time of confirmation, a charge equal to one room night will be taken as a deposit on your credit card. Cancellation or changes must be received seven days prior to your scheduled arrival date in order to receive a refund less a $25.00 administrative fee. Your deposit secures your reservation and is nonrefundable in the event of delayed arrival or early departure. Abandonment of your reservation will result in charges equal to the value of you entire stay.
Spa Use Room Rates include full use of our 35,000 sq. ft. Spa at Cranwell. The Spa houses a 60 ft. heated indoor pool, therapeutic whirlpools, saunas, steamrooms, complete Fitness Center, The Spa Shop, lounges with fireplaces and 16 treatment rooms. Over 50 spa treatments and services are available on an a la carte basis. Reservations are recommended for Spa services. Please call 413-637-1384.
The Spa is an adult oriented atmosphere, therefore, with the exception of the Indoor Pool facilities, all other areas of the Spa are reserved for persons over 16 years of age. Please respect the well being of all our Spa guests by not bringing children into the Fitness Center, Whirlpool or Spa Locker Room and Lounge areas.
Smoke-Free All Cranwell accommodations are smoke-free. Additionally, state law prohibits smoking in public areas, including the Mansion, all dining rooms and lobbies.
Children and Visitors There is no charge for children under 12 when sharing a room. There is a $50.00 per night charge for each additional adult (more than 2 adults per room) and a $20.00 charge per night for a cot.
