	Deluxe (Resort Queen)
	Located in Beecher’s Cottage and the Carriage House. A room with one queen size bed and private bath. They are individually decorated and furnished in a Contemporary style. Each room is equipped with Wireless Internet, CD player, coffeemaker, hair dryer, ironing board, make-up mirror and in-room safe.
	Superior (Resort King)
	Located in Beecher’s Cottage, Founders, Carriage House, and Olmsted. A room with one king size bed and private bath. They are all individually decorated and furnished in a Contemporary style. Each room is equipped with Wireless Internet, CD player, coffeemaker, hair dryer, ironing board, make-up mirror and in-room safe.
	Superior (Resort Double)
	Located in Beecher’s Cottage and Carriage House. A room with two queen-size beds and private bath. They are all individually decorated and furnished in a Contemporary style. Each room is equipped with Wireless Internet, CD player, coffeemaker, hair dryer, ironing board, make-up mirror and in-room safe.
	Luxury (Resort Suite)
	Located in Founders or Olmsted. A suite with one king size bed, a living area with queen size sleeper sofa and private bath. They are all individually decorated and furnished in a Contemporary style. Each room is equipped with Wireless Internet, CD player, coffeemaker, hair dryer, ironing board, make-up mirror and in-room safe.
	Luxury (Cottage Suite)
	Located in a Cottage Building. A suite with one king size bed, a separate living area with queen size sleeper sofa, galley kitchen or wet bar, private bath, and terrace or balcony. They are all individually decorated and furnished in a Contemporary style. Each room is equipped with Wireless Internet, CD player, coffeemaker, hair dryer, ironing board, make-up mirror and in-room safe.
	Luxury (Mansion Room)
	Located in the Mansion. A room with one king size bed and private bath. They are all individually decorated and furnished in a Victorian style. Each room is equipped with Wireless Internet, CD player, coffeemaker, hair dryer, ironing board, make-up mirror and in-room safe.
	Luxury (Mansion Suite)
	Located in the Mansion. A suite with one king size bed or two queen beds, private bath and an expansive living area that is in most cases a separate room. They are all individually decorated and furnished in a Victorian style. Each room is equipped with Wireless Internet, CD player, coffeemaker, hair dryer, ironing board, make-up mirror and in-room safe.
	Townhouse Mini-Suite
	Located in a Townhouse upper level. A suite with a spacious bedroom and living area furnished in contemporary style, with one king size or two queen beds and private bath. Each room is equipped with Wireless Internet, whirlpool tub, CD player, coffeemaker, hair dryer, ironing board, make-up mirror and in-room safe.
	Townhouse Suite
	Located in a Townhouse lower level. A one-bedroom suite with a spacious bedroom and living area furnished in contemporary style, with one king size bed and whirlpool bath. The suite features a full kitchen, living room with fireplace, and queen size sleeper sofa. Each room is equipped with Wireless Internet, whirlpool tub, CD player, coffeemaker, hair dryer, ironing board, make-up mirror and in-room safe.
	Townhouse
	A three-bedroom townhouse (combination of the Mini-Suite and Suite). Two upstairs bedrooms each with a spacious bedroom and living area furnished in contemporary style, one king size bed or two queen beds and private bath with whirlpool tub. Lower level has living room with fireplace, queen size sleeper sofa, full kitchen and master bedroom with whirlpool bath. All sleeping rooms have Wireless Internet, CD player, coffee maker, ironing board, make-up mirror and in-room safe.
