Asian Marinated Salmon

Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp. Fresh Ginger
  • 3 Cloves Garlic
  • 2 Scallions
  • ½ bunch Cilantro
  • 2 cups Apple Juice Concentrate
  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce
  • 6-7 oz Salmon
Preparation
Dice fresh ginger into 1/8-inch cubes.

Slice scallions and chop garlic and cilantro.

Mix all ingredients together and marinate salmon for 24 hours.

Sear salmon meat side down and finish in oven.
