Breast of Chicken Tropicale

  • 4 each 4 oz. Chicken Breast
  • 1 Medium Orange
  • ¼ cup Orange Juice
  • ¼ cup Chili Sauce
  • ½ tsp. Chili Powder
  • 2 tbsp. Soy Sauce
  • ½ tsp. Sesame Oil
  • 5 tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Orange Peel
  • 1 tsp. Minced Garlic

Place chicken in a baking dish and top with orange slices.

In a small bowl combine remaining ingredients to make marinade. pour marinade over
chick. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.

Lift chicken from marinade and set aside. Pour marinade into small sauce pan and cook
uncovered over medium heat and reduce by 1/3 to thicken sauce and enhance flavor.

Grill or pan sear chicken until firm. Serve with sauce.
