Polynesian Prawns

2 lbs. Shrimp – Peeled and Deveined

Sauce Ingredients:
  • 6 oz. Rice Vinegar
  • 2 oz. Dark Sesame Oil
  • 3 oz. Soy Sauce
  • 2 cups Thawed Pineapple
  • 2 tsp. Ginger
  • 2 tsp. Garlic
  • 4 cups Cooked Rice

Method 

Combine all sauce ingredients in a blender and process until well mixed.

In a large non-stick skillet heat a small amount of oil or non-stick spray. Place shrimp in pan and
cook 2 min. on one side. Turn shrimp over, add sauce to pan and bring to a boil. Cook until
shrimp are white and firm.

Remove shrimp from pan, place on a bed of rice. Top with sauce and serve.
