Preparing for Your Spa Visit

Age Requirements
Kindly note the Spa is an adult-oriented atmosphere, therefore, with the exception of the indoor pool facilities, all other areas of the Spa are reserved for persons over 16 years old.

Hours of Operation
Open Daily 6:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Reservations
Advance reservations are highly recommended to accommodate requests. Please call 413.637.1384 to speak with our Spa Reservationists who can answer all questions and assist you in scheduling your spa experience. At the resort, please call extension 600. Alternatively, you may e-mail us at: spareservations@cranwell.com

Cancellations
If you must cancel, change or reschedule an appointment, please notify us 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the service.

Service Charge
A service charge of 20% will be added to all spa services and will be given to the service personnel. Additional gratuities are at your discretion.

Spa Lunch
Our Spa Café serves lunch daily. We request that you place your lunch order in no later than 10:00 am. The menu is available at the spa reception desk and changes seasonally. Please note that lunch is buffet style on most Saturdays. Please let us know ahead of time if you would like to join us.

Spa Arrival and Etiquette
We recommend that you arrive at least thirty minutes before your first scheduled appointment. This allows you to familiarize yourself with our spa and have a few moments to relax in our sauna, steam room or whirlpool. Please note, all treatments end on time regardless of the start time. Please let us know of any health concerns as some of our treatments have contra indications. As a courtesy to others, cell phones and laptops are not permitted in the spa.

The Spa Shop
Our Spa Shop features a large variety of products and gifts. You will find an extensive collection of facial and body products as well as yoga and fitness attire. Our numerous gift lines include candles, milled soaps, jewelry, handbags, bath products and much more.
